The Decker Library Screening Room is to be used by current MICA students, faculty, and staff for group screenings and study sessions only.
Groups may book the room for up to three hours during Library hours. Exceptions will be made on a case by case basis.
At the beginning of a group's designated time slot, the key to the screening room will be checked out to one member of the group at the library circulation desk. This individual will be responsible for returning the key and ensuring that the room and all equipment are in order. Loss of the key will result in a $50 fine.
No food or uncovered beverages are allowed in the screening room.
Headphones must be used during screenings.
If a group does not show up within the first 30 minutes of the designated time slot, the screening room reservation may be cancelled and the room may be rebooked by others.
