First Step to Register an Internship for Credit

Once students have attended the Internship Orientation will have access to submit the Internship Learning Contract for approval through www.MICAnetwork.com. Students only need to attend the Orientation once during their time at MICA, even if completing a second credited internship.

The Orientation Covers:

  • What Experiences Qualify for Credit
  • Expectations of Internship Sites and Interns
  • Eligibility Requirements
  • Registration Instructions
  • Learning Contract
  • Approval Process
  • Assignments and Due Dates
  • Final Presentation
  • Gives You Access to the Internship Learning Contract

The Internship Orientation does not cover resources on finding internships. If you are just getting started and need help finding an internship, we recommend reviewing our How to Find an Internship resources before attending the Internship Orientation.
