Amanda Buck

Amanda Buck

Ohio native Amanda Buck is a graphic designer and educator with a knack for distilling complex content into easy-to-use solutions. She is currently a Senior Designer at Ashton Design in Baltimore, where she focuses on print publications and website redesigns. Previously, Amanda worked as a Designer at Happy Cog and on President Obama's re-election campaign. Her freelance clients include Center for Urban Pedagogy (CUP), Theaster Gates' Rebuild Foundation, Baltimore Museum of Art, IDEO, The Atlantic, and GOOD. In 2009, she co-founded a pie shop and community space, PieLab, in rural Alabama with Project M. Amanda earned a BS in Visual Communication Design from The Ohio State University and an MFA in Graphic Design from the Maryland Institute College of Art.
