Reporting About Your Project
If you finished your project or have expended all of your funding, now is the time to reflect on the project and lessons learned.
Steps For Reporting About Your Grant-Funded Project:
- Download the grant funding report. [PDF]
- Complete and save your report.
- Collect high quality images from your project.
- Email your report, photos, and any additional materials that you would like to include in your report to email@example.com.
Please note that submitted images may appear on the MICA website and publications.
ALL grantees are required to submit a brief narrative report within 30 days of the end of grant period, describing outcomes, successes and lessons learned. Images are also required, and may be posted on the OCE website or used in promotional material. These reports allow our office to document outcomes from MICA-sponsored projects and share any best practices learned with members of the MICA community.
