Key Request

MICA keys will only be issued after the request has been approved by both Campus Safety and the requester's Department Head, Vice-President, Associate Vice-President, Director, Chair. To request keys, please complete the Key Request Form in its entirety and submit it to Campus Safety. Once they have approved the request, they will submit it to Facilities Management and keys will be cut within ten day of our receipt. Keys are then subsequently distributed by the Office of Campus Safety, which is located at 1501 W. Mount Royal Avenue.

Keys remain the property of the College, and must be returned upon resignation, termination, or request of the Department Head, Vice-President, Associate Vice-President, Director, Chair, or Campus Safety. Keys that are lost or not returned will result in that department being charged a fee to replace the key and core.

  • Key Replacement: Minimum of $75.00 per key
  • Core Replacement: Minimum of $50.00 per core
