Exhibition Development Seminar: Management
The management team serves as resource for all the EDS teams. One of the main tasks of our team has been to provide communication between MICA, the Walter’s Art Museum and the Greater Baltimore Cultural Alliance, as well as with other institutions involved with Beyond the Compass, Beyond the Square and the Baltimore Festival of Maps. The Management team provides an outside perspective to all teams to ensure that everyone is aware of important deadlines and critical decisions. By ensuring that the various components of the exhibition are in sync with the overall project timeline and the expectations of all the participating institutions, the Management team serves to support the success of our class and the exhibit.
