Work On Display: Exploring Mt. Vernon Place

Exploring Mt. Vernon Place by Um-Gi Lee examines late 19th and early 20th century architectural treasures around Mount Vernon Place. Across from special architectural and historic sites are miniatures of key buildings visible from Mount Vernon Place. Installed alongside these models are stamps and miniature maps. Participants can take a card and visit each place indicated on the card to collect a stamp and learn about basic aspects of the historic architecture in the neighborhood.
