Emily Macenko
“I love to travel and I’ve found that in every trip I take, maps are the most helpful tool to finding my way.”
Emily Macenko is a Continuing Studies (CS) student at MICA who received her bachelor of arts in art history with a concentration in women, gender and sexuality studies from St. Mary’s College of Maryland in May 2005. Originally from Baltimore, Emily returned after receiving her degree and has been working in MICA’s Office of Advancement since August 2005. While taking CS courses at MICA, she had primarily studied interior design and was featured in MICA’s fall 2006 Continuing Studies Exhibition. Emily hopes to continue her profession and pursue her graduate degree in art history on the west coast.
