The Office of Alumni & Parent Relations administers the MICA Alumni Association. The office works closely with the Alumni Council and all areas of the College to develop programs, services and communication which benefit our alumni.
As a former student, you are automatically a member of the Alumni Association - an international network of more than 13,000 graduates and students of the College living in every state and 64 countries throughout the world. This special community of artists and designers have won international awards, attended prestigious graduate programs, exhibited in renowned galleries and museums, and are represented in numerous public and private collections. MICA alumni are leaders of major arts and nonprofit organizations, successful studio artists, designers, and entrepreneurs in a wide array of art-related fields. MICA's Alumni Association is a non- dues paying organization. As a member, you receive:
- Access to the Joseph Meyerhoff Career Center
- Opportunities to participate in an annual alumni exhibition (15 x 15)
- Regional receptions, openings, and artists talks
- Access to the MICA Bookstore
- Access to classes through the School for Professional and Continuing Studies at a 15% discount (Discount does not apply to non-credit courses)
- MyMICA Email for Life - Beginning with the class of 2008 all graduates will retain the use of their MICA email account
- Affinity License Plates (Maryland Residents Only)
- An Alumni ID (coming soon)
