Interdisciplinary Sculpture

The interdisciplinary sculpture major at MICA combines theory and practice, encourages students to develop transdisciplinary and multimedia approaches to their work, builds a solid foundation of traditional skills, and offers the historical and critical framework to allow students to place their own work in contemporary art’s "meta-medium" within the context of contemporary art and culture.
