The Student Activities Office is hiring 5 new Program Managers!

As a PM you would become an integral part of the Student Activities Office. 

The Student Activities Office is currently accepting applications for our Program Manager position. Program Managers (or PM's) are hired to plan and implement at least 3 programs each for MICA students per semester. PM's also work as a team on large scale Student Activities events such as the Halloween Party (fall) and Last Blast (spring). As a PM you would become an integral part of the Student Activities Office, have the opportunites to work closely with your fellow MICAns and make a valuable contribution to the college!

Compenstation for the Program Manager position is a stipend of $750 per semester. PM's are expected to work approximately 10 hours per week. We are hiring for the following positions (you can apply for more than one):

  • BBOX: This person is responsible for planning large scale events in BBOX. Examples include concerts, lectures and dance parties.
  • Coffeehouse and Performing Arts: This person is responsible for the monthly Coffeehouse series in addition to other performing arts opportunities in the Baltimore area.
  • Multi-Cultural and Diversity: This person is responsible for planning Internation Education Week (fall) as well as other diversity and heritage related celebrations and educational opportunities.
  • Social and Entertainment: This person is responsible for planning events such as movie trips, theme dinners and dance parties. Anything that encourages MICA students to be social!
  • Service and Volunteerism: This person is responsible for planning programs such as soup kitchen trips, tree planting days, Habitat for Humanity volunteerism and anything else that encourages MICA students to serve the Baltimore community.
