The Roving Help Desk

Look for us at all the major buildings on campus where we will have technicians who can talk with you about MICA technology, answer your questions, or set up an additional appointment for you if you need speĀ­cific help and assistance.

The MICA Help Desk will be on the move. Starting in the beginning of March, we are establishing an outreach program to get the Help Desk out into the campus to better reach students, faculty or staff . Look for us at all the major buildings on campus where we will have technicians who can talk with you about MICA technology, answer your questions, or set up an additional appointment for you if you need spe­cific help and assistance.

Look for our table at the following locations and times in March:

March 23-- Main Building, 8:30-10 a.m.
March 25--, Gateway, 11:30 a.m.-1 p.m.
March 30-- Station Building, 8:30-10 a.m.
April 1-- Brown Center, 8:30-10 a.m.

We will continue this program through April as we continue reaching out to the campus. Additional dates will be announced soon.

Kelly Valdez will, of course, still be at the Help Desk at the Art Tech Center during these times.
