All graduating seniors met on February 2nd and received a very important folder of information about the Commencement Exhibition & Ceremony. If for any reason you missed the meeting, please stop by the Student Activities Office in Meyerhoff House to pick one up.

March 1st marks the deadline for many of the forms including the Application for Graduation, which you must complete in order to graduate. Read below for the complete list of Senior Deadlines in March:

March 1 DEADLINE for Application for Graduation to Student Activities OFFICE, Meyerhoff House.

March 12 DEADLINE for Commencement 2009 Exhibition (C2009E) Proposals submitted to your Department. Proposal Form is attached to the Guidelines. Submit original Proposal Form with attachments and 1 photocopy of Proposal w/attachments for each piece of artwork that you will be exhibiting.

• If you want to participate in the MICA College Store Sales Program attach the Artwork Sales Agreement with your proposal.

March 13 DEADLINE for Senior Commencement Speaker applications submitted to Student Activities Office

• Two students (a senior and a graduate student) will be selected to speak at Commencement.
• Seniors wishing to be Senior Commencement Speaker should pick up an application at the Student Activities Office. Please review the qualifications on the application form.
• Candidates will be interviewed by a committee and the top candidates will be placed on the ballot.
• Commencement speaker will be voted by their peers March 23-27.

March 23-April 9 Senior Survey on-line. Survey must be completed before receiving your Commencement tickets.

March 23-27 Senior Commencement Speaker Elections – Student Activities Office.

March 24-27 Explore Your Options Week. Contact Career Development Office for info.

March 27 Pick up your C2009E Exhibition Postcards at the Student Activities Office.

March 27 DEADLINE for transcripts from other Colleges and Institutions to Enrollment Services, 2nd fl. Bunting.
