Road Trip Discussion & Screening With David Webber Takes Place April 16

Event in Brown Center Includes Student Presentations (Noon-1 p.m.) and Screening (1-2 p.m.) of Searching for Utopia: Road Movies and Travelogues

MICA faculty Nadia Hironaka and David Webber from The University of Louisiana at Lafayette lead student presentations and a screening from Searching for Utopia: Road Movies and Travelogues Thursday, April 16 from noon-2 p.m. in Room 320 of Brown Center.

At the start of Spring Break 2009, students from MICA's Road Movies and Travelogues class set out on a road trip. Now, several weeks after the journey, students from the class will present their projects and talk about their experiences out on the road. Hironaka and Webber will discuss the final workshop period and an exhibition/screening that took place at the University of Louisiana.
