Orientation Leaders (OLs) are ambassadors for MICA! They help facilite Orientation for freshmen and transfer students in fall and spring. OLs provide guidance for freshmen and transfers, take an active role in every program at orientation, take initiative to create an environment of support for new students throughout the year and thoroughly know and utilize campus resources. International Orientation Leaders are a special group of OLs that work with new students during International Student Orientation.

OLs must attend the Leadership Retreat on April 10, be able to return to campus early for OL Training in August (Aug. 22 - 25, 2010) and fully participate in the entire Orientation program (Aug. 26 - 29, 2010).
