Fred addressed some the challenges we face in supporting professional development across our campus -- from funding for programs to leadership support of employees who wish to take advantage of opportunities.  The PDC is pleased to see so much dialog about and enthusiasm for expanding professional development programs.  Minutes of the meeting are attached to this post.
