No. 17 by David Ofek, 2003

Wednesday, March 10 at 7:30 p.m., Falvey Hall, Brown Center

In 2002, a bus was bombed on its way from Tiberius to Tel Aviv in Israel, killing 17 people. This film explores the search for the identity of one anonymous victim and presents a tragic-comic portrait of a society living under the shadow of death. Hosted by award-winning filmmaker Dan Geva during his Spring 2010 Schusterman Artist Residency at MICA.

Presented by MICA, the Maryland Film Festival and the Baltimore Jewish Film Festival.
