MICA captured 99 clippings this month, which is a 16.5 percent increase from August 2010. National coverage included stories in the Washington Post and Metropolis.
There were 8,428 pageviews on www.mica.edu throughout the month. The most-read story, with twice as many views, covered the new Wellness Center.
By the end of August, MICA's Twitter had 3,553 followers and Facebook had 4,403 "likes," both steadily increasing in numbers.
