Join the MICA Cycling Association for a safe, fun and friendly ride through the streets of Baltimore the night before Halloween. Please bring lights suitable for a night ride. Costumes that incorporate helmets are also recommended. The more people that ride, the safer the ride is for everyone. All types of bikes and riding skill levels are welcome.
