The purpose of the Student Organization Fall Meeting is to inform all representatives about the many available resources to student organizations. We will explain how to reserve rooms, publicize events, spend club money, where to post flyers, Student Organization Fair, and much more. All representatives will also meet the various staff members from the Student Activities Office.

Student organizations will also be receiving their copy of the "Student Organizations Handbook." This handbook is a helpful resource throughout the year and contains many of the common questions such as ‘How do I reserve a room on campus?' or ‘How do I spend my student organization money?' So, during the Student Organization Meeting, we will be reviewing the handbook so that representatives will be able to use it as a reference throughout the year.

Finally, student organizations that have already applied for funding, will be receiving their 2009-2010 budget.

All new and returning Student Organizations need to send at least one leader/representative to the mandatory Student Organization Fall Meeting happening on Wednesday, September 9th from 2:30-3:30pm in Bunting 110.
