Host Marilyn Harris-Davis, of X-Change on the Mayor's Office of Cable & Communications/TV25, discusses arts and culture in Baltimore City with experts, including Dr. Leslie King-Hammond, director of MICA's Center for Race & Culture and graduate dean emerita. King-Hammond and Javier Bustamante of the Baltimore Hispanic Chamber of Commerce take a look at the role of arts and culture in communities and their importance as forms of expression.
