Coinciding with National Coming Out Day on October 11th, 2012, this month we celebrate the lives of artists, writers, and filmmakers from the LGBT Community with an exhibition in honor of LGBT History Month. We have traditional magazine publications like Out, The Advocate and Curve, and books with essays on LGBT history.

From our circulating and reference collections, we present biographies, catalogs, screenplays, and fiction from History Month Icons past and present.

The Decker Library is also excited to partner with the Media Resources Collection yet again to bring you even more beautiful, daring, and ground breaking films to fit this month's topic. With over 30 selections from the Decker Library and the Media Resources Collection, this is not a show to be missed!

This exhibition runs from October 1-31, 2012.
