BALTIMORE--John Waters, Barry Levinson and David Simon will promote the Maryland Film Festival during the festival's benefit at MICA's Brown Center, 1301 W. Mount Royal Ave., Saturday, Nov. 14, 5:30 p.m. The three filmmakers will discuss their different visions of Baltimore and the film world while Turner Classic Movies' Elvis Mitchell moderates.
