All new and returning students are invited to the end of Orientation BBQ and band performance by A Cool Stick on Sunday, August 30, 6-8 p.m. in the Commons Courtyard. The BBQ dinner can be purchased using your meal plan or cash. As a reminder for those living on campus and students with meal plans: there will be no dinner served in Meyerhoff House this evening. You will need to attend the BBQ to use your meal plan.

A Cool Stick is a hip-hop group based out of Baltimore and known for spontaneity and live instrumentation. With influences ranging from John Mayer to Jay-Z, the group's music appeals to a variety of different audiences.  You can read more about the group on its MySpace page.
