Staff Forms, Steps and Guides

MICA Staff interested in securing funding from corporate, foundation, or government sources should work with the Corporate, Foundations & Government Relations Office to:

  1. Develop your idea
  2. Secure internal approval for your project or program
  3. Identify and vet funding sources
  4. Write your proposal, budget, and cover letter
  5. Submit your proposal
  6. Manage your grant

The following forms and guides, listed in the order in which you will need them, have been created to help you through the fundraising process. Please be sure to read the step-by-step External Fundraising Guidelines for Staff and contact Priya Bhayana (pbhayana@mica.edu, 410.225.2324) to make an appointment with the Corporate, Foundation & Government Relations Office before filling out any of the forms below.
