Transitioning to the USA

International Student Orientation is scheduled to begin on Tuesday, August 21, at 9 am. Topics will include visa and immigration regulations, employment, travel, health care, cultural issues, and other important information for international students. The orientation is required for students in F-1 visa status. Please bring all of your immigration documents with you to International Student Orientation (I-20, passport, F-1 visa, and I-94 card).

On-campus Housing

International students who will live on campus should plan to arrive at MICA on Monday, August 20, between 9:00 am and 5:00 pm at the Meyerhoff House. If you are not able to arrive during this time period, please contact the International Affairs Office at internationalaffairs@mica.edu or +1 410-225-2243.
