International Students - Spring Orientation

The International Affairs Office has planned a special International Student Orientation to provide new international students with information about visa and immigration regulations, employment, cultural issues, and other important information.

Student Move-In is scheduled for Saturday, January 19, 2013, however, please contact us if you are travelling overseas and require special accommodations. Orientation officially begins on Saturday, January 19, 2013 at 3pm in the Main building at MICA.


Please be advised that International students are required to attend the International and Exchange Student Immigration meeting on Monday, January 21 from 9am-noon in Bunting 208 where you will receive important information regarding visa and immigration regulations, employment, travel, cultural adjustment, the U.S. academic system. While all parts of Orientation are mandatory, this session was designed to support your unique needs in transitioning to the United States!
