Contact Student Records

To request a transcript for undergraduate or graduate coursework, download a Transcript Request Form and submit it by mail, fax (to 410-225-2548), or deliver it to our office on the first floor of the Main Building.

When requesting more than ten transcripts, please contact the Office of Student Records by phone at 410-225-2234. Please note that only the student or alumnus/alumna may request a transcript.

To request a transcript for continuing studies or special programs coursework, please contact the Division of Continuing Studies.
