Come join us for a night of TED-talk inspired lectures as a hand-picked panel of successful alumni from a wide range of professional worlds share their journey with the MICA community. Speakers will be presenting on their current work and how they navigated life after graduation to get where they are today. This event is sponsored by MICA's Student Activties Office, the Joseph Meyerhoff Center for Career Development, and MICA's Office of Alumni & Parent Relations.

The panel features five alumni doing everything from publication to freelance to curatorial work:

  • Kit (Ho) Turley '10 (Disney's Frozen and Paperman)
  • Neil Sanzgiri '11 (Spiral Cinema, Open Space)
  • Katie Evans '09 (Gap Inc., Kate Spade)
  • TT the Artist (Baltimore Design School)
  • Cara Petrus '04 (Harper Collins)

These five incredible artists will be each giving short presentations and taking questions as a panel. The event will be followed by a catered mix and mingle outside of the lecture hall, so come prepared to be a part of the interaction in this intimate lecture setting.

Free for MICA students and alumni. RSVP Required
