What is the MICA Leadership Retreat?
The MICA Leadership Retreat is a one-day leadership development opportunity for all MICA students inclusive of all experience levels. The goal of the MICA Leadership Retreat is to help students recognize, develop, and strengthen their leadership skills. Participants will work with teams of student/staff facilitators to explore how they can be change agents on the MICA campus. Our goal is that by learning together we can lead the way for sustainable change.
