MICA Fitness is an all new facility dedicated to providing innovative, fun, and challenging programs to encourage an active, healthy lifestyle for artists. We serve the entire MICA community; undergraduates, graduate students, faculty, and staff. MICA Fitness is scheduled to open Fall 2011.
The facility will have the standard fare; treadmills, ellipticals, bikes, weights and a strength circuit for your indulgence. We're proud also that MICA Fitness offers an array of group fitness classes including yoga, dance, and muscle toning at convenient times around your courses and work schedule. Keep an eye out for seminars, students clubs, and equipment rental opportunities housed out of MICA Fitness as well.
We believe that personal fitness is just that, personal. At MICA Fitness we strive to support you in reaching your goals, whether that be preventing injuries in the studio, dissipating stress, or building the stamina to throw (clay, paint, stylus, or otherwise) all day long. With that thought in mind, you are an essential piece of the picture, come on in and share a sweat with us.

At MICA, our main focus is our students and our guests. Each day we strive to create unique dining solutions for those we serve. We don't believe in the standard campus menu programs; our experienced team will listen to your needs and then custom design a dining program for you.
