MICA PLACE residents will be able to register for MICA's crime prevention services including free laptop theft protection software, regularly disseminated safety tips, self defense training and Rave Guardian. Rave Guardian turns any mobile cell phone into an emergency distress notification system instantly connecting the student in need to MICA's Dispatch Center.
