Prospective Students

The Office of Residence Life & Off-Campus Housing understands the importance of community to a developing young fine artist, and we strive to provide the best possible resources regarding housing and accommodations to each member of the MICA community.

On-Campus Housing

Freshmen and new Transfer students generally live in our on-campus, apartment-style, residential housing complexes.  The Commons and Meyerhoff House are where we house most of our freshmen class.  Both offer unique, artist-friendly living environments designed to support your artistic endeavors.  Depending on availability, new transfer students may also be placed in the Gateway Building or our Mount Royal Apartments with other upper-class students.  The staff and services of the Office of Residence Life & Off-Campus Housing are always available to assist you and we encourage you to explore our facilities and programs.
