The Office of Diversity is a safe space for students to obtain information, engage in dialogue, and acquire resources and support essential to their success at MICA. This philosophy is based on fostering recognition, inclusion, and respect for the voices of all students. Students from different backgrounds can participate in a variety of programming to learn more about each other and the global community. The Office supports the role of diversity in fostering a stimulating learning environment and serving as a bridge to new artistic endeavors.
