The Commons are specifically designed with the needs of first-year students in mind. Surrounding a landscaped, grassy courtyard perfect for outdoor activities, our three-building, four-story apartment complex, the Commons, is intended especially for student artists. Commons apartments include both double and single rooms. Each apartment includes a bathroom and a full kitchen with an oven and refrigerator. The Commons also includes 44 student studio spaces on the basement level of the building in the rear of the complex. Students can purchase a parking pass to use for overnight parking in the Commons parking lot; on-campus residents can also have guests temporarily park in the Commons lot for the duration of their visit.
