MICA; Maryland Highway Safety Office (MHSO), a division of the Maryland State Highway Administration; and Urbanite magazine partner in Loss and Consequences: The Drunk Driving Project to develop unique anti-drunk driving messaging. The juried initiative utilizes the creativity of MICA students to design engaging visual communications that will be distributed statewide through exhibitions and advertising, April through December.
