MICA presents the December Commencement Exhibition, which highlights work by more than 20 emerging professional artists in MICA's undergraduate programs completing their degrees in December 2009. The exhibition, Friday, Dec. 4-Sunday, Dec. 20, takes place in Fox 2 and 3 galleries, Fox Building (1303 W. Mount Royal Ave.); Main Gallery, Main Building (1300 W. Mount Royal Ave.); Brown 3 and 4 galleries, Brown Center (1301 W. Mount Royal Ave.); and Middendorf Gallery, Mount Royal Station (1400 Cathedral St.). The reception will be Friday, Dec. 18 at 2 p.m. The exhibiting artists' programs of study include: art history, theory and criticism; fiber; general fine arts; graphic design; illustration; photography; and video and film arts.
