About this Gallery

All MICA freshmen take the same core courses, offered by the Foundation Department. The curriculum is thoughtfully planned, providing the basis for students defining the importance of art, design and art education to themselves, assisting them in discovering the role of art in their own lives, and facilitating their choices of majors, concentrations and minors.
