Housing for Low-Residency Graduate Students

Low-residency students have access to on-campus housing throughout the summer residency at MICA. On-campus housing is not required, but all students are invited to participate. Follow the procedures below to register for on-campus housing. 

On-Campus Housing for Low-Residency Graduate Students

Registering for summer residency housing on MICA's campus is a two step process:

1. Housing Deposit

Low-residency students that plan to live on-campus should submit a $100 housing deposit with their tuition deposit to reserve a place. To submit your tuition and housing deposit: 

  • Submit a check ($500 tuition deposit, $100 housing deposit), payable to MICA. You can use the pre-stamped and addressed envelope in your admit package, or send the check to: The Office of Graduate Admission // 121 West North Avenue // Baltimore, MD // 21201, OR:
  • Contact the Office of Student Accounts to submit a credit card payment via phone. Please have your student ID number, found on your acceptance letter, ready. You can call 410.225-2356 between 8.30AM and 4:30PM EST/EDT to submit your deposit. 

2. Low-Residency Housing Application (click here to complete form)

The application form allows you to provide general information about your preferences and needs so that you can receive a suitable housing assignment.
