MICA provides email addresses for current employees, degree seeking students and alumni beginning with the class of 2008. Employees and current students have a mailbox limit of 200MB. Alumni mailboxes are limited to 5MB.
Mailbox limits include all email messages, email attachments, calendar items and contacts. As a general guide, 1MB equals approximately 100 email messages without attachments.
Accessing Email
Check MICA email on the web at http://mail.mica.edu. Web email is especially useful if you like to access MICA email from different places with more than one computer.

Email Settings
You can download MICA email to your computer using client software like Outlook, Mail or Entourage. You will need to configure your email client software using the following information:
| Incoming Server: | mail.mica.edu |
| Outgoing (SMTP) Server: | mail.mica.edu |
| Username: | your myMICA user name |
| Password: | your myMICA password |
Note: MICA's SMTP server will only work if you are connected to the internet through the campus network. If you are connecting from outside, please contact your ISP and ask for their SMTP server information.
