The Technology Systems and Services Help Desk is located on the 2nd floor of the Art Tech Center (1208 W. Mount Royal Avenue). If you have a technology question or need, we encourage you to stop by and let us know. You can also reach the Help Desk by calling 410-225-2201 or email us at help@mica.edu. If you call after business hours, please leave a message and the Help Desk staff will respond to your call the following business day. If you have an emergency during the time the Help Desk is closed, you can call the AV Services Desk at 410-225-2301 . They are open every evening and on the weekends.
