Help & Resources

The Help Desk serves faculty, staff and students with issues ranging from setting up Blackboard classes to troubleshooting computer problems to counseling parents on what the best computer will be for their sons or daughters entering MICA. The Help Desk has access to the entire MICA technology staff and the complete resources of the department, so it is the place to contact no matter what your technology issue or question might be.

The Technology Systems and Services Help Desk is located on the 2nd floor of the Art Tech Center (1208 W. Mount Royal Avenue). If you have a technology question or need, we encourage you to stop by and let us know. You can also reach the Help Desk by calling 410-225-2201 or email us at If you call after business hours, please leave a message and the Help Desk staff will respond to your call the following business day. If you have an emergency during the time the Help Desk is closed, you can call the AV Services Desk at 410-225-2301 .
