MICA first implemented PeopleSoft's financial management system in 1999. This workhorse of a system has been providing our Fiscal Affairs staff with a fundamental set of financials functionality ever since. This system also interfaces with our Campus Solutions 9.0 system, receiving student financials, payroll, and advancement transactional data to feed our general ledger. We are currently working on a long awaited and overdue upgrade of this system to Oracle PeopleSoft Financial Management 9.0; this exciting project will bring all of our core administrative systems into alignment on a single technology stack for the first time ever. Our scheduled go live date is Q1 2009.
