Ancillary Systems

While a well implemented ERP solution will provide an organization with most of the functionality to meet its administrative needs, there are certain administrative functions that are better met using best-of-breed applications. At MICA we run a number of these applications, all subordinate to and integrated with our core administrative system stack.

Room and Event Scheduling

Our chosen system to coordinate the scheduling of events and classes at MICA is Resource25 by CollegeNet. This system combines an interface with Campus Solutions and a stand-alone client to provide a web-based master calendar at MICA. For help navigating Resource25, click here.

Residence Management System

We are currently implementing Welcome Mat by Beacon Technologies to manage our growing number of on-campus residencies. This system also interfaces directly with our Campus Solutions system.
