Special Event Staffing

AV Services can provide technicians to set up and operate equipment for events on campus. If you feel that a technician is needed for your event, please contact AV Services (avservices@mica.edu / 410 - 225 - 2301 ) at least two weeks in advance so that staff can be properly scheduled. Depending on the date and time of the event, your department may be billed for the technician's services. All organizations and departments responsible for this fee must supply a budget code. All cancellations should be indicated to AV Services as soon as possible; full rate charges will be billed to departmental accounts if AV has not been notified 12 hours prior to the start time of an event.
