For any event that requires a technician, contact Ned Kane at least two weeks in advance so that we may properly staff your event. A/V Services will determine whether or not fees apply based on the orginization's affiliation to MICA and the date and time of the event. The particular audio-visual requirements of the event will determine whether an A/V Support Staff is needed. All organizations and departments to which fees apply must supply a budget code, for these fees. All cancelations should be called in as soon as possible. Full rate charges will be billed to departmental accounts, if we are not notified 12 hours prior to the start time of an event.
