General Rental Equipment Reservations
(for Students)
- AV self-service equipment reservation system
- Reservations may not be made by phone or over email
- Must be picked up in person at the main office (Art Tech Center at 1208 W. Mt Royal)
- May only be made seven (6) days ahead of time
- Equipment must be returned to the AV desk when you are renewing your equipment reservation.
Classroom Equipment Reservations
(for Faculty and Staff ONLY)
- All reservations for classroom equipment must be made by emailing AV Services at avservices@mica.edu
- Reservations must be made at least 2 days prior to delivery.
- Reservations can be made as far in advance as possible.
- Equipment cannot be taken off campus. It must remain in the classroom.
- May request delivery OR pickup
- Deliveries are restricted to the following buildings: Brown Center, Bunting Center, Fox Building, Main Building, Station Building, Annex Building, Meyerhoff House, The Gateway and The Firehouse.
- Equipment is due by closing on the same day as pickup
- Please notify AV services at 410-225-2301 or avservices@mica.edu of any cancellations.
