Technology Systems & Services

The Office of Technology Systems and Services supports the educational mission of the College as well as its business, administrative, and electronic communication needs. Through planning, implementation, education, training, and support, the office helps guide the College in using technology. Our goal is to provide outstanding service and support to the College, its students, faculty, and staff.

Welcome to the Technology Systems and Services web resources. Here you will find valuable information that can inform, educate and support you in your use of technology at MICA.

The main offices of Technology Services, including the Help Desk, are located on the 3rd floor of the Bunting Center. Audio Visual Services and AV equipment checkout are located on the 4th floor of the Brown Center. Digital Printing Services and the Faculty Technology Resource Lab are located in the Art Tech Center in the 1200 Block of Mt. Royal Ave.

If you have a question, concern, need help, have a great idea, or just want to talk about technology at MICA please feel free to contact us. The Help Desk is the first point of contact. Our goal is to serve the campus and the MICA community and to keep our technology systems and reources working for you.
