All users of the Decker Library and Media Resources Collection can request a one-on-one research orientation with a Librarian by emailing email@example.com or phoning (410) 225-2273. As well, during all hours of Library operation, help with research is available on a walk-up basis at the Information Desk on the lower level of the Library.
Decker Library and Media Resources Collection orientations are also available for class groups. Please see the Library's Faculty Resources page for complete information about instruction and general tours for class groups.
Class sessions with a librarian must be scheduled in advance with the Library staff by e-mailing the Information Desk, firstname.lastname@example.org, or phoning (410) 225-2273. The Instruction/Tour Request form at bottom left can also be used to initiate a visit.
- Instruction: Faculty members are encouraged to bring their students to the library for research instruction.
- Collection Use: Class groups can visit to use the special and general collections within the Library.
- Tours: Groups and individuals can arrange tours of the Library and MRC for an overview of available resources.
