The talent and accomplishment of MICA students and alumni make them highly sought by employers in fields related to art and design. MICA's rigorous curriculum offers both broad-based liberal arts preparation and in-depth studio education in students' chosen fields. The hands-on professional experience and leadership opportunities MICA students pursue both in and out of the classroom make them a valuable addition to any company or organization.

The Joseph Meyerhoff Center for Career Development staff maintains contacts with employers/internship providers nationally and internationally, and offers resources for those employers seeking MICA students and alumni for jobs and internships.

If You Are Interested in Hiring a MICA Student or Graduate...

You will reach many talented candidates by advertising your opportunity on our secure online job database, MICAnetwork.com —a listing of internships, part-time and full-time jobs, and freelance opportunities, which is visited daily by students as they enter the job market, and by alumni throughout their careers.

The first step is to register with MICAnetwork.com by clicking the "Employer Log In" link and completing the registration form. Once your employer registration is complete, you can create a job posting for your opportunity. Your job posting and employer registration will be approved by the Career Development office before it is viewable by our students and alumni. When you log in your company can advertise opportunities as they become available. MICA students and graduates will respond to your listing directly, sharing their resume and work samples.
