  • NEW - Guidelines - Staff Participation at On-Campus Events & Programs

    • All MICA staff are encouraged to periodically take advantage of the rich and varied on campus events and programs which occur throughout the course of our academic year. The College sponsors and hosts: lectures, exhibitions, visiting artists, and other programs which are valuable professionally and personally.
    • It is not necessary for staff to use personal time to take advantage of these opportunities. Supervisors are responsible to ensure their staff have the ability, within reason, to periodically participate in events and programs of interest but need to approve them if during work hours.
