Rosemary has developed a strong background in design through brand building, particularly within the apparel and footwear industries. She began her career in Boston, where her clients included; Cole-Haan, New Balance, Harvard Business School, Fidelity Investments, Ocean Spray and Houghton Mifflin. She came to Baltimore in 1990 as Senior VP, Creative Director at Siquis Ltd. There she was instrumental in shaping a strong creative team while designing for Cole-Haan and Woolrich. Since founding Conroy Design, Ltd., in 1997, Rosemary's client roster has included; Sperry, Hobo International Handbags, DuPont-Corian, Keystone and Beaver Creek Ski Resorts, The Rouse Company and Struever Bros. Eccles and Rouse.

Her work has been recognized by; The Art Director's Clubs of Boston, Denver, Los Angeles, Portland, Maine and Washington, D.C., AIGA, British Design and Art Direction, Communication Arts, New York Society of Illustrators, Print Regional Design Annual, and the Print Directors Club of New York.
